RIYESH, Ito ang isa sa mga paborito kong arabic food at lagi ko itong ginagawa sa bahay, marami ang mga ibat ibang pamamaraan sa pagluluto ng lamb ribs, pero ang aking sariling recipe ay tumutugma sa lutong Arabo kung saan ay napaka simple lamang ang pagkakagawa nito ngunit super sarap.

I went into the fruit section at Lulu Hypermarket and found Durian I bought one that is KD 1,960 and the selling price is KD 1,995 Per Kilo, two years back this size was about KD 5,000 to KD 6,000 at Thai Baqalah in Dawliyah.
Most of the people in the Middle East don't know this fruit, The durian is the fruit of several tree species belonging to the genus Durio and the Malvaceae family (although some taxonomists place Durio in a distinct family, Durionaceae. Widely known and revered in southeast Asia as the "king of fruits", the durian is distinctive for its large size, unique odour, and formidable thorn-covered husk. The fruit can grow as large as 30 centimetres (12 in) long and 15 centimetres (6 in) in diameter, and it typically weighs one to three kilograms (2 to 7 lb). Its shape ranges from oblong to round, the colour of its husk green to brown, and its flesh pale yellow to red, depending on the species.
